Tools and Techniques for Change Depending on your needs, therapy may include approaches such as: EMDR to help reprocess traumatic or distressing memories EFT (Tapping) to reduce emotional stress Hypnotherapy for deep relaxation and subconscious change Traditional talk therapy for reflection and problem-solving.
